With considerable experience across a range of different planning and licensing application types, Carly is responsible for drafting a significant portion of STL Solutions' planning and appeals submissions on behalf of clients, as well as attending application and appeal site visits.

Member of STL Solutions' planning consultancy team, Natasha is responsible for the preparation of a wide range of different planning applications, from contentious change of use applications to certificates of lawfulness. Particular specialities include interrogation and rationalisation of evidence related to “10-year” certificates of lawfulness and preparation of related appeals submissions.

Responsible for the deployment of various applications and appeals into licensing, planning and appeals systems, ensuring technical competence in light of different local and national requirements. Engages with clients and authorities on licensing applications and assists clients in obtaining short-term let licences, renewals and in demonstrating compliance with licensing conditions across Scotland.
